We offer a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store experience at our Flagship Location in ICE District Plaza.
How It Works:
Step 1: Choose your selected products and add them to your cart.
Step 2: During the checkout process, you can choose your Delivery Method. For Buy Online, Pick Up In Store, select "Pick up".
Step 3: Wait for your "Ready for Pick Up" email, then head to our store during business hours.
Our fulfillment team works Monday - Friday and aims to fulfill in stock items within 48-72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready For Pick Up" email before heading to our store.
As soon as you complete checkout, your chosen method of payment will be charged.
You can pick up your order with a piece of photo ID that matches the order or use your email confirmation.
Sending someone else to pick up your order? No worries! Just forward them the confirmation email and have them show it to one of our staff when they arrive at the store.
Once you've received your "Ready for Pick Up" email, you can head to our Flagship Location during our Hours of Operation to pick up your order.
Please proceed to the "ONLINE ORDER PICK UP" sign at the front counter. Our staff will be with you shortly to help you collect your order.

Items bought online and picked up in store are subject to the same Return Policy as all of our other products. Please note, final sale items cannot be returned once you have completed your purchase on our online store. This includes gift cards, face masks, customized items, and game used/team issued items.
As of July 1, 2023, the City of Edmonton introduced a bylaw requiring businesses to cease from distributing single-use plastic shopping bags (including compostable or biodegradable plastic shopping bags) and requiring that businesses charge at least $1 for a new reusable shopping bag. This minimum fee will increase to $2 on July 1, 2024.
We strongly recommend that you bring your own bag for any Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders. Should you require a bag and are not able to supply your own, reusable bags will be available for purchase in store.
